Technopark’s first IT building- Kabani in Technopark Phase IV (Technocity) campus has commenced its operation from Feb 2021. The built-up area of the building is 2 lakh sq. ft. Kabani is a G+2 IT building. The single floor plan is 45,000 sq. ft. Ground floor consists of 29 modules of Smart Business Centres (SBCs). SBCs are plug-and-play facilities of Technopark. SBC modules at Kabani range from 10-seaters to 37-seaters. The first and second floors are leased in ‘warm shell’ condition.
